The essential oils spray and massage will be based on the mood card chosen! What a relaxing moment! My stylist Christina did a marvellous job from the start till the end! A good head and shoulder massage for the scalp treatment therapy!! Feeling very happy!!

Detailed and caring staff, my haircut was done carefully and nicely. Haircut, wash and blow took around 1 hour. The salon is spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended.

It was my first time doing hair scalp treatment and I’m so glad that my experience with Cristina was so awesome and she’s so gentle, knowledgeable and skilled. I would definitely visit again because of her excellent service! Thankyou team.

While the service was acceptable, I cannot recommend this salon for anyone who only speaks English. I had been growing my hair to achieve the right length for layered styling but was very disappointed with the outcome.

I specifically told the stylist I didn’t want my hair cut too short — I showed him pictures. When he showed me the length he intended to cut, I asked if it would be the longest layer, to which he responded “no, will be longer in the back.” and so I agreed to proceed. However, it turned out that was the longest layer, and I found out later what he meant was that the cut would appear longer in the back, which obviously was not what I expected.

The stylist clearly struggled with English, which could be understandable but it made communication difficult and frustrating for clients. On top of that, his lack of skill in blow-drying made the experience even worse. Overall, it was a disappointing visit.

I’ve been coming here for haircuts for four or five times, maybe more, I’ve lost count. My scalp is tricky, my hair is thin, my face is super duper round and my head shape is uneven, but this is the only salon that could give me the hairstyle that works with all of that and makes me feel trendy and cool.

The process: Book, show up, two hair washes (their hair wash beds now even have back massage liao!), a quick neck and shoulder massage, and then the cut. The whole thing takes about an hour, yes… they’re very detailed. It’s $69 per visit for haircut if you don’t sign up for a package (I never do cos I don’t like feeling tied down).

What stands out the most, though, is how responsible they are when something doesn’t turn out right (which happened to me once). I went home and not happy, I raised the concern, the next day they were quick to commit to fixing it, and they actually delivered on that promise. Photos are some of the looks I had with them.

I had the absolute pleasure of getting my haircut done by Mr. Zukin at Team Salon, and I must say — it was one of the best haircuts I’ve had in years! His skills are truly top-notch and his attention to detail is exceptional. Before starting, he took the time to carefully assess my hair and understand exactly what I wanted. He followed all my instructions perfectly and delivered results that were beyond satisfying.

I asked for a feather cut — something I’ve shown photos of and explained to many stylists before, but never quite got what I envisioned. Mr. Zukin, however, nailed it! The cut was precise, flattering, and exactly how I had imagined. I walked out of the salon feeling so happy and confident.

Thank you, Mr. Zukin, for your professionalism, skill, and for making me feel fabulous again. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a stylist who truly listens and delivers perfection!
