Chef De Maison has been at the forefront of BBQ Catering Events, providing professional chefs onsite for BBQ Events. From small parties of 6-10pax to large BBQ Festivals for 200-300pax, we nail them down with no issues.
We understand that BBQ Events have diverse needs. Some events require a professional team onsite to ensure everything runs smoothly, while others just need a BBQ assistant or a cook with basic experience. In the past, we fell short, but we’ve now completed our BBQ Chef Data List and proudly offer you three categories of BBQ Chef Service to suit your needs.
BBQ Chef: ( $680 per 3 hours )
A professional capable of performing culinary magic. Don’t be surprised if they handle top meats or live seafood with ease—it's just part of their daily routine. We provide sharing plates and garnishing to assist with your cooking using your equipment and ingredients. While it's easier to opt for our one-stop BBQ catering service, this option is available for those who want a personal touch.
BBQ Assistant: ( $370 per 3 hours )
Proficient like our BBQ Chefs, but perfect for casual events that just need manpower to handle the grill and cooking for 3-4 hours. If you want someone skilled but don’t need a chef to perform miracles, then a BBQ Assistant is the way to go.
BBQ Cook: ( $250 per 3 hours )
Looking to save costs and manage everything yourself? Our BBQ Cook is for you. These entry-level cooks are either starting their careers or possess basic cooking skills. They’re a more affordable option for super casual and budget events on an ad-hoc basis.
Service Details:
Our BBQ manpower usually arrives onsite 30-60 minutes in advance, depending on the type of manpower you select. We will set up the grill station prior to the event and cook for you. After finishing the ingredients or upon completing the 3-hour service, we will start to clean up the grill station and leave it as clean as it was.
